As a Powder Coat Paint Team Leader, you will manage performance of a variety of paint (powder coating) functions. You will impact paint operations by assisting with grinding, cleaning of tools and parts. You will also continually inspect parts to ensure the highest quality in all American LandMaster UTVs and Go Karts.

As a welder you will use skill and talents in various types of welding equipment, and assembling structural metal products using tools, machines, and your own hands. You will maintain a personal commitment to delivering the highest level of quality in all aspects of assigned job functions.
As a Fabrication Setup Technician you will build structural metal products using tools, machines, and your own hands. Your team will create and fabricate various types of metal products. You will be capable of performing a variety of machining functions and will generate machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. You will maintain a personal commitment to delivering the highest level of quality in all aspects of assigned job functions.
