General Terms

Replacement parts are available through a dealer or directly through us via our web store  or by calling 800-643-7332, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm EDT. To identify the part(s) you need, please refer to your Illustrated Parts List or Parts Manual that came with your vehicle.  If you are missing your manuals please obtain your model number or name of your go-kart, UTV or LUTV then refer to the appropriate Illustrated Parts List on this website under the Product Manual section.  If you cannot locate your model number please contact us at feedback@americanlandmaster.com or call us with a description of your vehicle.  We may ask for pictures to help identify your vehicle. We only stock parts that are used on Manco go-karts, Brister's UTV's and American SportWorks/American LandMaster go-karts, LUTV's and UTV's. We have limited parts for the Manco / Brister's units although we do have other resources to try to help you find the parts you need.

American LandMaster stocks chassis parts and accessories and limited engine maintenance items. For other engine parts, please contact your local American LandMaster dealer or servicer (note: not all service providers are engine authorized, please call ahead), an engine dealer or servicer as listed on your engine manufacturer’s website, or your engine distributor directly for more information.  Additionally, our customer service team is happy to provide contact information for your engine manufacturer as needed.

Delivery & Shipping

Our goal is to have orders shipped within two business days (48 hours) of the receipt of the order. Regular delivery is via UPS Ground. Special delivery via UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Select is available for an additional fee. American LandMaster will not be responsible for inaccurate UPS shipping quotes. Special same day delivery exceptions may be available and shipped the same business day, if received by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, otherwise they will ship the next business day. Canadian orders may be subjected to import duties, taxes, fees, etc. as required by the Canadian Government.

Minumum Order

All orders must meet a minimum charge of $10.00. All retail sales also have a shipping & handling fee. (Some parts due to their size and weight will require additional shipping fees that will be explained at time of order).


All retail sales are normally shipped UPS or Priority Mail. We accept payment by Discover, MasterCard & Visa or money order / cashier's check. Please make all money orders and/or cashier’s checks payable to ASW,LLC.


All items temporarily out of stock are automatically backordered and shipped when available.


Call and request a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Please have the original order information when requesting a return. Packages will not be accepted that do not have Return Material Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A restocking fee will not be charged if merchandise is determined to be defective or if there has been an error on our part. RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, RESALEABLE CONDITION. Returns in any other condition will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Damaged, used, or obsolete parts will not be accepted. Items that you ordered in error will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. RMA's are only valid for 30 days.


We believe the contents and descriptions in this price list are correct. Missing part numbers indicate parts that are no longer available. We assume no liability for any errors in part numbers, descriptions, prices or colors without notice and without further obligation.

Warranty Parts (Dealers Only)

If you are servicing a unit that is covered under warranty, please call us directly with the model and serial number of the unit. We will send out replacement parts to you at no charge. Please fill out our warranty claim form. All claims must have the model and serial # and the purchase date of the unit serviced. Please make sure that you give a detailed explanation of the work you performed. We no longer use paper Warranty Claim Forms.

For engine warranty please contact the engine manufacturer directly, as American LandMaster has deferred on the engine warranties to ensure our customers the best possible warranty time period and service on the power packages we offer.

Freight Delivery (Dealers Only)

Our goal is to have freight orders shipped within 48 business hours of the release of the order if product is in stock, or 3-4 weeks if product needs to be built for non/stock or specialized requests and/or assembled units. Please also allow for extra time for shipments coming from our northern corporate/distribution facility versus our Louisiana manufacturing. Freight is quoted with a variety of carriers and any special requests for specific carriers or loads  (i.e. lift gate, limited access, arrival notify) should be advised at time of order. If special fees are required and not included in your original billed freight, they will be invoiced back to your account.

Dealer Account (Dealers Only)

Each of your accounts is assigned a specific Customer Number. Please reference your American LandMaster Customer number when ordering parts or when mailing your payment. Dealers with open accounts may e-mail their orders to orders@americanlandmaster.com, or fax them to 1-800-399-1399. Invoices will reflect dealer pricing.
